AI DARTS isn't the only place to play darts in Taipei. Here's a rundown of notable Taipei darts venues: why each is worth going to, what each does well, and what they're known for on the food and drink side.
First: darts bar vs self-service venue
Taipei's darts venues split roughly into two types: staffed darts bars: servers, fixed hours (usually evening to late night), alcohol on the menu, darts as the entertainment on top; and self-service / coin-op venues: nobody has to run the floor, usually more boards, pay per token or session, come and go on your own schedule. New to the scene? Check the board brand first. Taiwan's mainstream systems are DARTSLIVE and Phoenix, and the two rating systems don't cross over, so pick one machine type if you want to build a consistent rating.
AI DARTS: Taiwan's first self-service darts bar

RayDarts.Taipei Bar: multinational cocktails in Ximen
5F, No. 92-2, Kunming St, Wanhua District, near Ximen Station. DARTSLIVE3 machines, a menu of cocktails themed around 13 countries, and baseball-viewing events with a 120-inch screen. Darts and watching a game can happen at the same time. Signature milk-peanut cocktail and Hokkaido oysters. A social-bar setup, good for going with a group.
花鳥風月 D-MAX / D-CAFE: Taipei's oldest darts brand
D-MAX (3F, No. 82, Sec. 1, Zhongshan N. Rd) bills itself as the biggest darts venue in Taiwan, with close to 18–19 DARTSLIVE machines: food isn't the point here, board count and floor space are. D-CAFE (2F-1, No. 311, Sec. 4, Zhongxiao E. Rd, near Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall Exit 1) has been running for 15+ years, renovated in 2022, and leans more toward food pairing: it's had an "unlimited play + drink" package before. Both are Taipei darts fixtures, good for players who want to grind DARTSLIVE rating over time.
S-DARTS TAIWAN: the biggest darts specialty store in Asia
1–2F, No. 106, Linsen N. Rd. Claims to be the largest darts specialty retailer in Asia, with around 8,000 products and try-before-you-buy service. The point here isn't drinks: it's buying darts, testing barrels, finding your grip. If you want to upgrade your gear or actually understand what tungsten percentage does, this is more a specialty shop than a bar.
89 LOOP Sports Bar: Gongguan's only non-smoking sports bar
2F, No. 134, Sec. 4, Roosevelt Rd, near Gongguan Station. A rare non-smoking sports bar in the Gongguan area, with both DARTSLIVE3 and PONG Connect (electronic pool) machines, a free weekly darts league on Mondays, and pizza/fried food as the signature. A regular spot for students and Gongguan-area office workers who want a fixed league to show up to.
HOMIES SOFT BAR: Songshan's low-key option
Aly. 2, Ln. 250, Sec. 5, Nanjing E. Rd, Songshan District. Bills itself as Taipei's most relaxed darts sports bar, with a NT$599 weekday all-you-can-drink deal. More of a hangout than a competitive spot: good for an evening of sitting around talking and throwing a few casual legs.
